Beverly Davis moved to the Central Coast in 2005 after visiting here on and off since 1980 from the San Fernando Valley, where she was born and raised. She says she has always loved the area and is glad to be "finally living in paradise."
As a loan officer at The Mortgage House, Beverly looks forward to serving the community with the same diligence and integrity that it promotes and follows. She is very involved in the community and loves the people here. She enjoys getting to know the business owners and helping in any possible. She champions several issues pertaining to property rights and personal justice.
After many years of entrepreneurial endeavors, Beverly is sure she is in the right place at the right time… always doing what’s right for her clients, not what is best for herself.

When we started the process of buying a new house we were nervous, a little overwhelmed, and uncertain. I believe you noticed that particularly, at the beginning. (Juan is still a little embarrassed that he got grumpy.) We believe you took the time to be patient and generous with information and support, and even though we appreciated that support all along, we now feel certain that we would not be at this place without your guidance, and for that, we are truly, truly thankful.
Buying this place was a tremendous step for us. While we have been living in the US for well over 14 years, just now we decided to move in, that is to find not just a unit or a place where to stay in the meantime, but a home where we can continue our quite transnational life. Now we live in the US.
We thank you for your wonderful kindness: it is truly extraordinary.
