Burt Adams is a licensed Real Estate Appraiser and is the primary staff appraiser for The Mortgage House.  He has been appraising 1-4 unit properties in San Luis Obispo County for the past 12 years.  Burt has logged over 20 years of commercial and residential building construction experience and holds a California State General Contractor’s license.

He is qualified for FHA appraisals, Conventional appraisals beyond the Million Dollar limit and also Construction Cost analyses.  Burt attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and has been a Central Coast resident since 1983.  He is married to Becky Adams and has 2 daughters.
