Charlotte, our Central Coast Divison Manager and "Chief of Staff" is a real success story.  She began her career with Roxanne Carr as a receptionist over 23 years ago.  Her exceptional abilities and get-it-done attitude allowed her to receive rapid promotions and eventually become Division Manager. 

At The Mortgage House, she uses her considerable experience to make sure that loans are handled efficiently, approved quickly and closed smoothly.
