Cyndie began her career in the mortgage industry in 1987 when she became a National Account Representative for a major tax certification and flood hazard company. She worked in both sales and customer service nationwide and met with mortgage professionals in the area of loan servicing.

Cyndie has been a loan officer for only a short time, but she appreciates the opportunity to work in a challenging environment where she learns something new every day because each transaction is very different. She specializes in CalPERS, CalSTRS, and CalHFA loans but she also works with conventional loan products and reverse mortgages for seniors.

Cyndie has strong people skills and enjoys making her clients happy. Her philosophy on customer relations is to “exceed your client’s expectations by providing excellent customer service and you will always be a success.”

Since 1987, Cyndie has been actively involved in various trade associations locally. For the past 13 years, she has been a member on the Board of Directors of the Southern California Mortgage Bankers Association. While serving as their Publicity Chair, she won MBA’s annual newsletter award for publishing SCMBA’s quarterly paper. As Chair of SCMBA’s Habitat for Humanity Committee, she helped to raise more than $100,000 for this worthy cause.
