Frank Garcia came to The Mortgage House from GMAC Mortgage in Stockton.  He is a Reverse Mortgage Specialist who also works the full complement of other loan products offered by the company.

Prior to working in the mortgage business, Frank was a Reverse Mortgage Counselor with By Design Financial Solutions.  He retired from Lockheed- Martin after 23 years where he was a Staff Systems Engineer and a member of the Mission Control Team  tracking satellites.

Frank is married to Fannie, and they have two daughters, one who recently received her Ph.D. from UCLA. He also enjoys working with school kids of all ages and tutors Algebra, Geometry, Spanish, and Reading Comprehension.

Frank is bilingual in three languages:  Spanish, Japanese and English.
