Fred Womack has over 31 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry. He has spent the past 26 years in the greater San Joaquin Valley with offices in Stockton, Modesto, Sonora, and Redding.  Prior to coming to The Mortgage House, Inc.,  Womack was District Manager for GMAC Mortgage Corp., VP for Pacific Republic Mortgage Corporation and National Pacific/Old Kent Mortgage since 1995 (same company, different names).

Fred served as Vice President/ Regional Manager for ARCS Mortgage, Inc. for 12 years and had formerly been President and owner of WIT Financial Services in Stockton, California for nearly four years.  His experience and knowledge of mortgage banking is truly extensive.

As Vice President /Regional Manager for ARCS’ Northern Region, he was responsible for all aspects of loan production and processing for the eight branches in California, Oregon, and Washington and also managed the Stockton branch which produced over $1 billion in loan production during his tenure.

As Vice President of National Pacific/Old Kent Mortgage, Womack managed the Stockton branch, as well as Satellite operations in Redding, California.  He has been the manager of the Stockton operation for over 26 years; National Pacific Mortgage purchased the Stockton branch form ARCS Mortgage in 1995.

Womack is Affiliated with several national and local business organizations, including the California Mortgage Bankers Association, the Central Valley Association of Realtors, The Lodi Association of Realtors, the San Joaquin Mortgage Association, the California Escrow Association, and the San Joaquin Building Contractors Association.

Womack holds a BS Degree from California Baptist University, Riverside, CA, with emphasis in Sales Administration, Personnel Management and Finance.  He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and an approved FHA Direct Endorsement Underwriter.
