Jim began his real estate career in 1975. He was a successful sales manager in the real estate industry prior to his career in the real estate mortgage profession. As a sales manager, Jim was heavily involved in home sales and loans, property development, property rehabilitation and investments. Jim has been solely in the mortgage business for the past 24 years. He currently helps senior citizens better their economic independence with the HUD senior citizens’ Reverse Mortgage program. His knowledge of Reverse Mortgages is extensive, and he is recognized as an outstanding representative in this unique field.

Jim is married and has six successful adult children. He pastors a local Christian congregation. Jim also counseled hundreds of youth in the prison ministry of the County of Los Angeles Probation Department. He was a volunteer chaplain for twenty years, with a citation from the County of Los Angeles, and other agencies.
