Karen is one of the most experienced mortgage bankers in the business.  She began building her career while still in high school and can now proudly state that her expertise covers just about every aspect of the field, including loan origination, approval, documentation, insuring and servicing.  After a successful stint in Fallbrook, Karen moved to Temecula and opened a branch office in 1991, specializing in the origination of FHA, VA, Cal-Vet and Conventional mortgages, both conforming and jumbo.  She loves working with Realtors and helping people get into homes, and is known for her wide range of knowledge and innovation in the financing field.  Karen was approved many years ago as an Underwriter by FHA and VA when the agencies expanded their programs to authorize field underwriters, and she has assisted in authoring an FHA/VA Financing Workbook.
