Katy has traveled extensively, being born in Scotland and moving on to Texas and Guam, eventually making her home in San Luis Obispo where she is raising her young son, Jacob.
 
Previously employed with Cal Poly University, Katy began as a client of The Mortgage House.  When she purchased her Los Osos home, her mortgage experience at TMH was so significant that she asked to join the team at the next opening and has been a strong contributor to the continuing success of the firm.
 
Katy was recently promoted to Loan Officer Assistant and continues to train others to perform some of her earlier responsibilities as she assumes the role of both assistant and team motivator.  Her immediate future goals include becoming a loan officer with The Mortgage House and someday the proud Mom of an NBA star.

She lives with her son Jacob, and treasures her time with him.  In her spare time, she enjoys making jewelry, creating complicated sewing projects, and landscape design, as well as spending time with her loved ones.  She currently is proudly serving as Team Mother for her son's first basketball team.
