Kevin Hauber joined The Mortgage House in San Luis Obispo, bringing over 20 years experience in the residential lending field. A graduate of Cal Poly, Hauber is well known in the local lending industry, most recently 10 years at another local mortgage banker.  Kevin says, "It is a pleasure and an honor to join The Mortgage House team after 20 years of being a lender in San Luis Obispo County. I have always enjoyed working as a local direct lender.
