Martha is a licensed Real Estate Agent/ loan officer. She has over 5 years experience in Real Estate lending and Sales.  Before her career in Real Estate lending, she worked eight years with two local banks in customer service and loans.
  
She grew up in the Santa Maria valley in a closely knit family and is a graduate of Ernest Righetti High. She has been married to Gabriel A. Morales for over 20 years, and together they have two children. She is actively involved in her children’s school and sports activities.

Martha enjoys helping people. She serves at her local church, teaching in Children’s Sunday School and Wednesday evening Women’s Bible Studies. She also volunteers to speak monthly with other volunteers to the youth at the Santa Maria Juvenile Hall.

Martha has clients who have remained with her since her start. Her integrity and honesty give her clients the trust they need with one of the most important transactions in their life.
