Nancy Foster has worked with Roxanne Carr since 1992, first with ARCS Mortgage and now with The Mortgage House, with about a year in between for the mortgage company that took over when ARCS was sold. 

She began in Loan Processing, moved into being Roxanne's executive assistant and systems administrator for several years, and now processes for several loan officers. 

Her caring demeanor and calming influence is appreciated by everyone.
