Necole Allbee has over 11 years’ experience in the mortgage industry. Her career started with specializing in subprime financing, trying to help clients with challenging credit and income issues. Over the past years, she has changed her focus to First-time Homebuyer Programs, including specialty programs such as CalPers, CalStrs, and FHA. She is continuously updating her skills and training to maximize loan programs for the benefit of her clients.
