Neil Davenport has over a decade of real estate finance experience, having worked as a professional mortgage planner, real estate broker, and real estate investor.  He has an MBA in finance from UC Berkeley, and has achieved the highest industry certification as a Certified Mortgage Planner.  Neil�s creativity, problem solving, and financial understanding make him one of the top industry experts and a valuable resource in our community.
 
After having financed over 30 properties as a real estate investor, Neil realized that there was a need for honesty, integrity and true financial expertise in the field of home mortgage financing.  While most people in the mortgage industry have sales backgrounds, Neil has an academic and applied financial background.  Thus Neil brings a unique expertise and experience to every transaction in helping clients realize their goals of home ownership, while minimizing upfront costs and interest expenses, maximizing tax benefits, and ensuring that home financing is part of an overall financial plan.

On the personal side, Neil speaks fluent Spanish and French, enjoys ballroom dancing, and says that one day he wants to retire to be a ski bum.  Neil is a highly active and visible part of the local community.  He lives in Shell Beach, having moved here from Berkeley four years ago.   Neil has a passion for fun and finance, and gives his clients unparalleled value and expertise.
