Pam started into the real estate business by receiving her license at age 20. She became a broker at age 22, and by 31 she owned her own Century 21 office in Lodi, with a staff of 35 agents.

After selling the real estate office, she entered the finance world as a loan officer with Old Kent Bank, where she met Fred Womack, who was the current Vice President. She left there after a year for a great opportunity to work as the exclusive Loan Representative for Hal and Debbie Lurtsema with Prudential California Real Estate office in Stockton, where she remained for 10 years. When that office closed, she found an opportunity to work with Fred again at The Mortgage House, where she is happily and successfully working today. And in between all of this, she also owned a wholesale/retail golf business called Nationwide Golf.

Pam has over 34 years of real estate and loan experience, and has done over 100 million dollars in conventional, FHA, VA and other specialty loan programs. She prides herself on being a problem solver and a “get-it-done” person. Over the years she has helped thousands of clients with their real estate needs, all with integrity and professionalism.  Pam is a member of the Lodi Association of Realtors, and is licensed with the California Department of Real Estate and the Department of Mortgage Originators.

Pam has been married to her husband Frank for over 34 years. They live in Lodi, and have a 25 year old daughter Tiffany. She is also an active member of the Harvest Bible Church of Lodi.
