Patricia Scovil hs been in sales and marketing for 30 years, and most recently in the lending field. She enjoys helping families achieve their goals of homeownership. There is nothing more rewarding to her in business than to close a loan to a client who is purchasing for the first time or getting someone back on track with there had been financial problems. 

During the many years she has spent as a loan officer, she quickly learned the importance of camaraderie with the team. She has found working at the Mortgage House provides her with the tools needed for assisting clients with whatever they need. Her associates are professional and at the same time create a positive place to work.
