Randy is the Branch Manager of the Bakersfield Office. Randy has been originating mortgages in the Bakersfield area for over 20 years, the last 12 years with The Mortgage House. Randy was instrumental in establishing The Mortgage House in the Bakersfield area in 1998. Randy prides himself on honesty, integrity, and most of all, providing his clients with the best financing available to them. “There is no better feeling than assisting a homebuyer realize the dream of Home Ownership”

Before entering Real Estate finance, Randy proudly served 4 years in the U.S. Navy as an Aviation Electrician on the F-14 Tomcat fighter. He spent 3 years with The Northrop Corporation at Edwards Air Force Base as a Flight Test Electrician on the B-2 Stealth Bomber during its development. But his primary goal was always to enter the field of Real Estate Finance, and achieved that in 1990.

Randy is a consistent recipient of The Mortgage House “Circle of Excellence” award, and was the recipient of the “Management Award” in 2005. He was also #1 with the most units for the company in 2008, 2009 and most recently for 2010.
