Raylene – better known as Ray - has been a Loan Processor since 1990 and has extensive knowledge in FHA/VA/USDA,  Down Payment assistance programs, CalHFA, Energy Efficient Mortgages, etc. 

In October, 2004, Ray and her family (husband of 17 years and 2 kids) relocated to the Central Coast from Sacramento.  When not processing, Ray enjoys spending her time at the beach with her family.   Ray and her daughter Savannah love to look for sand dollars while the guys are out surfing.  Ray also enjoys playing tennis with her son, photography, fishing and camping.
