Born and raised in Southern California, Sandee has a unique business background. After working for her family construction business, she made a dramatic change to assist physicians treating patients in various skilled nursing facilities.  This is where her love and respect for Seniors grew and flourished.

In 1993, Sandee joined Karen Davis and the Temecula Branch of Arcs Mortgage. Sandee became Karen’s right hand; she funded loans, and gained much knowledge of the Reverse Mortgage process at that time.  In 1995, she married and got an instant family that needed her closer to home.  After getting settled with her new family, Sandee became the Assistant Director and Volunteer Coordinator for a non-profit organization in the Pomona Valley that was founded by her parents, and in 2000 went on to work for a world-renowned Orthodontist.

In 2006, Sandee was pleased to rejoin the Karen Davis team, now at The Mortgage House, and excited to return to the Temecula area and follow her passion to help Seniors stay in their homes and improve their quality of life. Her love and respect of the Senior community has been apparent with all of her satisfied clients.  “They have so much wisdom and experience, each person teaches me something new, and we all can continue to learn from each other,” Sandee said.

During her time off, Sandee can be found driving a tram or bartending at the Los Angeles County Fairgrounds at many of their ongoing events. She also enjoys ocean kayaking, scuba diving, flying sailplanes and spending time at the Colorado River with her family.  Whew!  Fabulous, interesting lady.
