Scott, the other half of the dynamic Davis Duo, has been originating mortgages for over nine years.  He works well with first-time homebuyer programs and loves the challenge of helping potential homeowners remove their obstacles and realize their dreams.  Scott inaugurated the first-time homebuyer program for the City of Temecula and is still actively involved in providing these special mortgages.  Both Scott and Karen enjoy introducing new programs designed to help buyers get into homes, and they like working with existing homeowners who want to move into other areas or refinance to meet their goals.
