Sean Warren joined The Mortgage House in April 2003 as a Loan Officer Assistant. He had an interesting background while growing up in Belize, South America.  After graduating Valedictorian of his class, he returned to California and worked in construction while attending computer school.

He then found his way to The Mortgage House in an entry-level position.  For years he was actively involved in processing loans, and giving support to senior loan officers in the San Luis Obispo office.  With his extensive lending and processing background gained over many years while processing loans, when an underwriting position came available in May 2010, the position was offered to him, which he happily accepted.

Sean and his wife Lauren were married in the summer of 2008, and a year later purchased their first home in San Luis Obispo. In his free time Sean enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, playing tennis and fishing.
