“Excellent, personal service is one of our specialties” says Shar Gregory of The Mortgage House, Inc.  Since 1998 Shar has enjoyed being in the mortgage industry and has a reputation for putting her clients first.  “Lending will always be a person-to-person business, and I enjoy the personal contact with my clients.  The Mortgage House is unique in that from taking the loan application, to the funding of the loan, it’s all done right here in San Luis Obispo.”

Shar lives in Los Osos with her husband, Jerry.  She was recognized as the “1995 Los Osos Citizen of the Year,” is an affiliate member of the Scenic Coast Association of Realtors, and was recognized as "Affiliate of the Year" in 1996.  Shar says “I love volunteer work, be it for a Chamber of Commerce, a community center, or a service club.”  She is past president of the Rotary Club of Los Osos, and is also a Bequest Member for Rotary International.

When Shar isn’t working at The Mortgage house, she enjoys her hobbies of growing gardenias, horseback riding, kayaking, birding and enjoying the countryside.  She is currently writing a children’s book, “Dee and the Sunshine Man.”
