Steve Kosen is proud to have worked as a mortgage professional for over 29 years, including 26 as a senior loan officer specializing in residential lending with a distinct emphasis on first-time homebuyer loans.  Conversely, he is also expert in the area of “super jumbo” loans, offering competitive pricing for mortgages up to $5,000,000…thus running the full spectrum of mortgage lending experience and knowledge.
 
His area of expertise has also included direct lending for FHA and VA, including the FHA 203(k) “Rehab” mortgages, often helpful for the refurbishing and renovating homes in need of repair.  Steve enjoys a vast professional background and almost daily interfacing with the CalSTRS program for public school employees and is certified as a CalPERS loan officer for public employees.  He adds to his inventory a knowledge of wholesale lending, which embraces a Stated Income program for qualified borrowers.
