Q: I've signed a buydown agreement, but on the Federal Truth-In-Lending disclosure, it shows the lower rate for the 1st 12 months and then the higher rate for the remainder of the 30-year loan. I am so confused. Is there anything I need to ask or look for before I sign these forms?
