John DiSpirito joined The Mortgage House Kauai in October 2007 bringing with him 25 years of experience in various facets of the lending industry.  John started his lending career in 1982 working for companies such as Beneficial Finance, ITT, The Money Store, Aames Home Loan and Accredited Home Lenders.  Over the years, John has held numerous management positions in both sales and operations.

John relocated to Kauai in December 2006 and The Mortgage House is very pleased to have him on its team.
