The savings you will enjoy through this program may vary, as some of the discounts are typically based on the final selling price of your home, and some on the loan amount.
The savings offered through the San Luis Obispo County Friends of Heroes could include:
- 25% of the gross real estate commission charged by Grant Runnerstrum, Keller Williams Realty, which will be credited towards your closing costs
- ½% discount off of your Loan Origination Fee, which is based on the total loan amount, as charged by Sam Cotton at The Mortgage House, Inc.
