Marius Nicolau has over 20 years of mortgage lending experience. As a senior leader he has had direct responsibility for both loan purchasing and underwriting operations, and was one of the first in the industry to incorporate computer based imaging and loan indexing. Marius also managed an industry leading credit reporting service provider and flood determination company. His operations have consistently been recognized for customer service and innovative products which have been adopted by numerous industry peers. Marius received his B.S. in Real Estate Finance from Cal State University of Northridge.
