Natalie is the Branch Manager/VP for the Stockdale Branch Office in Bakersfield CA.  She began her career in 1984 and has worked in every facet of the mortgage business. Natalie takes great pride in creating loan solutions for home owners whether it be for a first time home buyer, a new client or a repeat client.  She offers the best customer service combined with product knowledge that allows the American Dream of home ownership to be obtained.

 

Natalie has a team that is knowledgeable as well as reliable to help insure every transaction goes as smoothly as possible. She is proficient in a variety of programs from FHA, VA, Conventional, FHA 203K (Rehabilitation), Down Payment Assistance Programs, Non Conforming and  Reverse Mortgages. Natalie is able to offer in house processing, underwriting and funding which is an invaluable service to our clients and business partners.
