Yvette started working in banking right out of high school and moved to residential lending a few years later after her grandmother encouraged her to work for a lender she had refinanced with. Yvette started in a clerical position before quickly working her way up to Loan Processor and then Loan Officer Assistant where she handled all types of home loans including; Renovation, Construction, FHA, VA, USDA, CalHFA, GSFA, and Reverse. She earned her NMLS Mortgage Loan Officer license in 2018.
During Yvette’s 26 years in the industry, she has found the greatest satisfaction in assisting first-time homebuyers to fulfill their dream of owning a home. Whether helping borrowers purchase a home, move to bigger a house or downsize to something smaller, pull cash out, or refinance to achieve better terms, she is still passionate about the lending industry to this day.
When Yvette is not working hard for her borrowers, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, often attending concerts or traveling. Most weekends you will find her at a softball field somewhere around the country cheering her daughter on
